    The department of creation and concept develops content and design principles for each event. Here, ideas are developed, refined and translated in such a way that they have an impact – visually, emotionally and in terms of content.

    This is where the journey of an event usually begins – with the development of a clear idea and the right content foundation.

    Our concepts are not only based on design trends, but above all on the goals and framework conditions of our customers:

    • What should the event trigger?
    • What message should be conveyed?
    • How does an idea become a coherent overall experience – on site, digital or hybrid?

    We think holistically: from the initial storyline to spatial concepts, process structures and programme content to look & feel, dramaturgy and staging. The target group is always at the center – and the question of how we can stage content in an understandable, emotional and brand-appropriate way.

    Our work doesn't end with an idea on paper. We closely accompany the implementation, advise internally and externally and think conceptually down to the last detail. The intensive collaboration with the areas of event management and technology & production is essential to ensure that creative approaches are also technically feasible and organizationally viable.

    Operational tasks such as creating presentations, moodboards, key visuals, schedules or pitch documents are also part of everyday work – depending on requirements, project phase and client wishes.

    In short: we develop concepts that not only look good, but also convey clear messages, make event goals visible and create the framework in which an event can really have an impact.
