Our participant management begins long before the event – and only ends when all data has been securely processed and the final transfers have been completed.
The core part in this department is our own participant management tool, since 2019 established, which is in use and continuously being further developed. It meets all data protection requirements (GDPR-compliant) and offers a stable, scalable infrastructure for events with a few to several thousand participants.

Reminders, self-check-in, and on-site access via QR code. Via integrated interfaces, reporting tools and event apps can also be connected. Real-time reports ensure maximum transparency throughout the entire participant process. In addition, we accompany the entire process: We centrally manage and coordinate all participant-related information – from hotel rooms to individual shuttle, flight bookings and special requirements such as allergies, arrival times, or VIP handling.
Through in-house development, we can always flexibly respond to special requirements and individually map complex participant logics. Technical support and project accompaniment are provided directly by our own team – without external service providers or intermediate steps.
